  • Undelivered/returned to sender: eligible for reshipment or refund depending on carrier outcome.

2. Timeframes

Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order (or after the expected delivery date if it has not arrived). Earlier requests help us resolve issues faster with carriers and fulfillment partners.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To start, email support@getmemoboost.org with the subject line Return Request or Refund Request.

Please include:

  • Full name and email used at checkout
  • Order number or transaction ID (if available)
  • Reason for the request
  • If applicable: clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label

Our team will respond with the next steps, including whether a return shipment is required.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping requirements depend on the issue and the condition of the product. If a return is required, we will provide return instructions by email.

  • Damaged/defective or wrong item: we may cover return shipping or offer an alternative resolution (replacement/refund) after verification.
  • Other returns: return shipping may be the customer’s responsibility where allowed by law and depending on the circumstances.
Do not ship products back without written confirmation and return instructions from our support team.

5. Refunds

6. Replacements / Exchanges

When appropriate, we may offer a replacement (reshipment) instead of a refund—especially for items that are damaged in transit, missing, or incorrect. If a replacement is approved, we will confirm the shipping address before reshipping.

7. Lost, Stolen, or “Delivered” Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please:

  • Check around your delivery location (front desk, mailroom, neighbors, safe drop areas).
  • Contact your local carrier with your tracking number.
  • Email our support team within 7 days of the delivery scan so we can assist.

Depending on the carrier’s outcome and the information provided, we may offer a reshipment or other resolution.

8. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first at support@getmemoboost.org. We can usually resolve concerns faster through support than through a bank dispute. Initiating a chargeback may delay the resolution process while the dispute is reviewed.
